Put the items you wish to return along with your invoice in a box. Be sure to package your items properly so they don't get damaged.
Label the outside of your package with the RA number assigned. We strongly recommend using a shipping carrier with insurance and tracking information.
We stand behind our products and hope that you are happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase we offer 30 Day Hassle Free Returns, subject to our Refund and Replacement Policy.
Generally speaking, items returned unused, unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging (where packaging is applicable) including all original documentation will receive a full refund. If all conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Returned items are processed within 24-48 business hours. You will get a notification that the return has been approved and the refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear on your account. We only refund the original purchase price. Shipping is non-refundable and items with free shipping will have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund.
